Introducing Sammy!

Well folks, I believe I have been thrust into our next pet. Luckily she is a very mild tempered cutie pie. Last Tuesday morning I was greeted with a phone call from Cody asking (pleeding) me to rescue a little kitty. My motherly instinct kicked in and the kids and I were off to pick-up the newest member of our family.

On Thursday we visited the Vet and were informed she had most likely taken a ride around a fan belt. She is a little roughed up, but overall she is healing well and we expect a good check-up with the Vet on Wednesday.

Camping

We took our first camping trip of the summer this week. We all had a good time, but I learned a few things.

1. JB is much like a mountain goat. He loves to climb rocks and go, go, go!

2. Taylor is the complete opposite.


3. When water is present start out the day in swim suits.

4. Always double check what supplies are in the camper myself. Cody was in charge of getting the camper cleaned out and ready a few weeks ago, and needless to say we were missing a few important items.

5. I personally think Repel works better than Off. (Bug Spray)
